In honor of Cinco de mayo this past weekend... Marisa’s Spicy Salsa 5-6 tomatoes, medium 1 green pepper 1 sweet pepper 1 hot pepper 1 jalapeno pepper ½ red onion 4 cloves garlic, minced 2 lemons, juiced ½ C cilantro, chopped 1 t sea salt or more to taste In a food processor, pulse chop all ingredients to desired consistency.
