Gluten-free Veggie Filled Pasta Salad
so that you can save calories for your sweet treat! This recipe was inspired by a delicious recipe my Sister brings to parties, but this is my twist. 4 cups spiral multi-color rice noodles (I use Tinkyada Pasta Joy)
2 cups cooked chickpeas 1 red bell pepper, chopped 1 cup broccoli, chopped 4 carrots, shredded (you can also use any veggies you like) 1/4 cup Italian Dressing or more if you like Italian Dressing
1/2 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice 1/4 cup raw apple cider vinegar 1 clove of organic garlic 2/3 cup pure water 2/3 cup olive oil 1-1/2 tsp Sea salt 3 tsp Italian seasoning
