Healthy Cranberry Relish

Small changes in your Thanksgiving meal all add up to make a big difference at the end of the day. This is a great high fiber, nutrient rich alternative to the traditional high sugar cranberry sauce. This recipe is great as a leftover for breakfast or a snack. Add sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, or even chia seeds for a boost in protein and Omegas.                   Cranberry Relish 1 1/2 pounds Cranberries 1-1/2 cup Raisins 3 Oranges, divided 3 Pears, sliced 2 drops CPTG Wild Orange Essential Oil
  1. Pulse chop in a Vitamix or food processor to desired consistency. Refrigerate overnight.
