Deviled "Egg' Filling
1/2 cup Water or less 1 Lemon (juiced) 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp. Sea Salt 1-1/2 cup Cashews (soaked) 1-2 tsp. Dry Mustard 1/2 tsp. Turmeric, as needed 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar "Eggs"
Your choice of Mushroom Caps, hollowed out Radishes, Turnips, or Avocado
- Blend water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cashews.
- Stir in mustard, turmeric and vinegar.
- Place 1-2 Tbsp. of filling into your choice of "egg"

I have always loved deviled eggs and this recipe hits the spot. This is a great appetizer for a party or family gathering. This is a vegan version, but you can also use it for regular deviled eggs with a dairy free alternative.
