Vegan Deviled "Eggs"

I have always loved deviled eggs and this recipe hits the spot. This is a great appetizer for a party or family gathering. This is a vegan version, but you can also use it for regular deviled eggs with a dairy free alternative. Deviled "Egg' Filling deviled eggs 1/2 cup Water or less 1 Lemon (juiced) 1 clove Garlic 1 tsp. Sea Salt 1-1/2 cup Cashews (soaked) 1-2 tsp. Dry Mustard 1/2 tsp. Turmeric, as needed 1 tbsp. Apple Cider Vinegar "Eggs" Your choice of Mushroom Caps, hollowed out Radishes, Turnips, or Avocado
  1. Blend  water, lemon juice, garlic, salt and cashews.
  2. Stir in mustard, turmeric and vinegar.
  3. Place 1-2 Tbsp. of filling into your choice of "egg"
