It is very important to drink at least half your body weight in ounces everyday(more if you are working out regularly). 1/2 a cucumber, sliced 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves and/or doTERRA Peppermint Essential Oil
1/2 lemon, sliced 1 drop doTERRA Lavender Essential Oil
1/2 an orange, sliced or 2 drops doTERRA Wild Orange Essential Oil 1 inch chunk fresh ginger
1-quart jars Water
