1 cup uncooked oatmeal 1/2 cup dried coconut 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter 1/2 cup ground flaxseed 1/2 cup (or less) vegan mini chocolate chips 1/3 cup maple syrup 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- Mix all ingredients together and form into 1 inch balls. Keep refrigerated.
