2 cups Fresh Basil Leaves 2 cups Raw Baby Spinach 2 cloves Garlic ½ cup Pine Nuts or Walnuts 2 tbsp. Lemon Juice ½cup Nutritional Yeast Flakes ½ cup Olive Oil 1 tsp. Sea Salt
- In a Vitamix or food processor, pulse all ingredients until desired consistency.
Note: This sauce freezes very well.

It's that time of year again when basil is in abundance! Pesto is one is one of my favorite sauces/condiments and can be used on anything from fresh veggies, pasta, potatoes, and sandwiches! I love this dairy-free, veggie filled version - give it try!
