This recipe is incredibly easy and absolutely delicious! 4 -20oz cans of Jack Fruit (you can purchase this from an Asian market or amazon.com) I'm not a huge fan of using canned products, but I wanted to try it first before I invested in the dried jack fruit (you just reconstitute it) 1 - 160z jar of organic BBQ sauce, unless you make your own! I also added a half bottle of a Christmas Ale that I found in the fridge :)
Put all the ingredients in a slow cooker for 4 hours on low.
3 hours into the process, pull out the pieces of jack fruit and shred it. Put it back in the slow cooker for remaining time.
