Avoid Thanksgiving Weight Gain! This 90 minute fat-blasting total body workout with Pieter, Marisa, and Giovanna will burn 1000-2000 calories... using reformer, barre, cardio, yoga, weights, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, and balls. There will be cardio intervals, an ab blast, and powerful yoga poses and stretching. All fitness levels welcome! No Pilates or Yoga experience necessary. Groups of 15 participants with start every 30 minutes and work their way through 3 rooms, then out the door and hopefully into the shower!
