PICO DE GALLO
In a bowl, mix all ingredient well and let stand for 5 minutes.

In a food processor or Vitamix, pulse chop all ingredients to desired consistency.

In a food processor, pulse walnuts and seasonings until it looks “meaty”
Julienne chop your favorite lettuce (romaine or iceberg work well) and layer your toppings!
